from becoming distracted.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL INVENTORY

Why is mental inventory important?

When we write everything down, we may recall our tasks and be reminded of our
responsibilities. It is the most important aspect since a bullet journal would be meaningless
if there was no context to write in. It is also vital for us so that our goals are organized and
we can remember them easily.
Application of Mental Inventory

As students, how we manage our studies is best example of the use of

mental inventory. It is accomplished through making a plan and
organizing them by weighing the important tasks - school hours and
loads. Through this way, we maintain the momentum of achieving
our common goal which is to graduate with flying colours..
