Responsibility is one of the important aspects of our existence and personality. Being responsible is
dependable, keeping promises, and committed. Responsibility starts within ourselves before we can be
responsible of others. Each of us have responsibilities in family, groups, and community wherein it
involves making decisions that both interests are in.

Responsibility starts at home particularly being responsible in the family. As a family member, it is
important that we keep our word and remember all the agreements and rules. We should accept and take
credit with the things you do right and acknowledging mistakes. In addition to that, support each other,
have a healthy communication, mutual respect and teamwork. Moreover, in groups, our responsibility is
to contribute and help in anyway possible. It is important to listen to people with care, even though we
are not good in advising. Lastly, our responsibility in the community. The same with our responsibilities in
the family and groups, we cooperate, respect and participate.

Now, that we are aware of our responsibilities in the family, groups, and community. We can be a better
person but knowing that we have limitations. Always remember that it is not our responsibility for the
things we’re out of control.
