PRE-CWTS101 (EXPECTATION, NOTION AND IDEA)
Give your thoughts on what are your roles in the different interpersonal dynamics such as family, groups and community. Student’s Answer Successful collaborations require variety, effort, and commitment, but the effort pays off in many ways. The fitness and wellbeing of an individual are benefited by interpersonal relationships. According to studies, people in emotional intimacy are much more likely to be content with their lives and live longer. Satisfying relationships with our family and friends enhance our productivity and provide us a sense of security and well-being. Negative relationships, on the other side, can lead to depression, substance misuse, eating disorders, and other mental health problems.

Student’s Answer As a citizen and active member of the society, I’ve learned different concepts from CWTS101, such as Human person’s value as well as the filpinos and working with groups. I’ve learned to carry this for my whole life outside CWTS.
