What is the significance of the NSTP Law in student training?
Student’s Answer:

Is NSTP important? Is it necessary for the growth of our country’s youth? These
questions are always asked when the topic of NSTP is mentioned. For me, NSTP is significantly
needed in developing students and the Filipino youth. This law aims to promote civic
consciousness and patriotism, by training students to become productive Filipino citizens in our
community.

The NSTP provides training to students to give them the right values and mindsets
of a true Filipino citizen. Programs given by this law such as ROTC, LTS and CWTS, develops
discipline, patriotism and national preparedness. ROTC train students military knowledge and
discipline so that they may defend our country. CWTS train students to take initiatives in helping
those in need and help develop communities. LTS helps those people to become literate and
those who want to learn. Each of these programs may be different from one another, but they
will help us reach our true potential as a program, and as well develop and help other people and
communities.

The amount of benefits the NSTP Law proves its significance in student training.
The NSTP Law is not just significant in student training, it is essential. This law helps us gain the
right characteristics and values to become a productive, and dependable member of our
respective communities. This knowledge we may get from the programs it provides, could be
useful during our future endeavors. In conclusion, the NSTP law is significant in student training,
due to it helping students to become disciplined, productive and useful members in society.
