As a student, how do you show your duties and responsibilities as a Filipino citizen?
Student’s Answer:

There are several ways on how to show our duties and responsibilities and a Filipino. We should respect to
our heritage, patrimony, values and traditions. We should respect and love these values and traditions for
it makes us who we are and has shaped the country for hundreds of years, by remembering and
continuing to uphold these values we show respect to our fellow citizen and the country. This can be done
by respecting each other by saying po or opo and respecting our flag

We should also do are best in contributing to the development of our country however big or small it may
be. There are many ways to contribute to the national development, simply doing your job or studying
already helps a lot to the community and its people. Helping one another is important to help make our
country a better place.

As a citizen we must observe the laws of our country. These laws were made and implemented to keep us
safe from harm and improve our everyday lives. As students we can simply follow street signs and avoid
littering to observe these laws.
