    REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
    What are your expectations to the CWTS Course?
    Student’s Answer:

    As I stated in my term-end essay, I expect the course will shape me to become a servant leader because
    “Leading through service” is the core objective of this course. The first step that the CWTS course would
    help me develop is my act of volunteerism. A servant leader always starts by having volunteerism. I need
    to actively participate in civic welfare by developing my civic consciousness. A fully developed individual
    would inspire the group to accomplish their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Through community
    services, servant leaders, individually and collectively, would progress their interpersonal and
    intrapersonal skills.

    Absolutely, a powerful team is full of individuals that develop individually and collectively. I need this
    course to help me develop the servant leader skills and sense of volunteerism to be an effective member
    of the team, community, and the society
