It is becoming apparent that our nation’s schools are our most important
learning organizations. Not only is it critical to train and prepare our workers for
changing industries and a global economy, but the educational system can serve as a
foundation for lifelong learning that can continue into the workplace.
As educational organizations strive to become learning organizations, they
must work toward distinguishing between instances requiring adjustments and
corrections, and situations which merit change and redesign.
This is the aim of Coral na Munti National High School teachers. To think of the
possible ways and means on how they are going to adjust the method of teaching to
the present condition of education in the new normal.

The proponent of the program thought that the topic Redesigning Education
for the Future would be a means by which teachers can think of an innovative way
by which their teaching can be engaging to learners.
The training will focus on the discussion on what education was before
pandemic and what teachers can do now during pandemic.
The methodologies used were direct-Instruction approach, inquiry-based
approach and lecturette.
The training will be done virtually since the training itself is merely discussion.
The teachers are expected to take down notes during the session and ask questions
for clarification. They may also give opinions and suggestions for the improvement of
the session.
Enabling objectives:
1. Give insights on the present condition in education
2. Acquire knowledge on redesigning education for the future

After the implementation of the L&D Intervention Program, the teachers are
expected to create a sample framework in redesigning education which is aligned in
the new normal.
For the effective implementation of this LAC, the session matrix including
topics, persons involved and the time frame to be used will be planned and
scheduled according to its importance.
Please see attached sheet. (Attachment C)
