HOLISTIC THINKING
• refers to a perspective that considers
large-scale patterns in systems
• often described as looking at the “big
picture”
• requires an individual to have an open
mindset
• one does not confine one’s understanding
of the world to one’s own perspective
reflection
• Requires a person to be willing to examine
one’s thoughts and feelings and actions
• To learn more about one’s experiences
• Is vital in ensuring that our actions are well
thought out
