- Remote audio control panel

1) PWR : Car stereo power “on” or “off”


2) SCAN : Seek radio station.
- Manual seek : Press button momently.
- Auto seek : Press button continuously.

3) ▲ : Volume up
- One step move : Press button momently.
- Continuous step move : Press button continuously.

4) ▼ : Volume down
- One step move : Press button momently.
- Continuous step move : Press button continuously.

← On/Off switch for Solar V model.

3) Switch
 Travel speed switch (Crawler type)

O : Low traveling speed (only)


I : High traveling speed (only)
II : AUTO. traveling speed.
(Traveling speed is changed high & low automatically)

• Shear switch. (Option)

O : Pressure up ( Boost pressure )


I : Shear (2 way pipe line using for crusher)
II : Breaker (1 way pipe line using for HYD. hammer)

This switch can be used for 2 way or 1way pipe line.

 Working light switch (Crawler type)

O : Off lights.
I : Illumination & head lights (below cabin & battery box)
II : Illumination, head lights & working lights (on boom)

• Reverse fan switch (DX420LC, DX480[520]LC only)


O : Off
I : Reversing cooling fan.

For reversing cooling fan,


1. Pilot cut off (safety) lever must be down (cut off status)
2. Reverse fan switch must be on position.

If operator makes the cut off lever ON (working position),


the cooling fan will be rotate to right direction (sucking air).

3) Switch
 Ram lock switch (Wheel type)

O : Release ram cylinder.


I : Locking ram cylinder.

If operator uses latch brake or parking, the ram cylinder is locked automatically.

• Parking brake switch (Wheel type)


O : Parking.
I : Working or traveling.

If operator switchs brake switch, pilot cut off function is working automatically

 Outrigger select switch (Wheel type)

O : Outrigger off (Dozer).


I : Working outrigger.

O position and operate dozer lever, dozer is moving.


I position and operate dozer lever, outrigger is moving.

* Independent outrigger (option)


- Operator can control each outrigger working
independently.

Temperature in cabin is Change temperature unit


controlled by set temp (Celsius ↔ Fahrenheit)
automatically. - Display out side temperature
(Press SEL + MODE for 3 sec)
- Self diagnosis
(Press A/C + SEL 3 times)
Setting temperature in cabin.

- Max 32.0 ℃ ~ Min 17.0 ℃ Blow direction.


(Max 90.0 ℉ ~ Min62.0 ℉)

- Temp. adjustment step : 0.5

A/C compressor working or not.

 Wind shield wiper switch.

Window wash liquid injection.

Intermittent wiper operating.


- No LED light : Off
- One (Left) LED : Every 3 sec operation.
-Two (Both) LED : Every 6 sec operation.

Continuous operation
* If front window is open, the wind shield wiper is
not working.
 12 Volt power socket.

DC12V power socket for charging cellular phone


battery.

3) Switch
 Auxiliary control mode switch.
On position : Fixed flow is discharged ( for emergency working)

Off position : Variable flow is discharged depend on engine load.

* e-EPOS controller has been occurred serious problem,


the e-EPOS controller couldn’t control pump flow.
this switch makes machine operate under fixed discharging oil
flow condition

 Emergency engine stop switch.

On : Engine stop manually. (Normal closed type)

* E.C.U has been occurred serious problem, this switch makes


engine stop.

 Rotating operation switch.

For rotating attachment work (Optional)

Left rotating or right rotating.

 Breaker / Pressure up -Boost pressure- switch (Right side stand)

For breaker : the shear switch is on “II” position.


Pressure up : the shear switch is on “0” position.

 Crusher operation switch.

For crusher working (Optional)


the shear switch is on “I” position .
Open or close crusher.

O : Off
I : Traveling alarm only.
II : Traveling & Swing alarm only.

 Over load warning switch (Optional)

O : Off
I : Warning for over loading.

I : Heating fuel.

* When fuel temperature is over then 5 ℃, heating function


is not working.

 Seat warmer switch (Optional)

O : Off
I : Heating seat.

Unlock : Release coupler.


Lock : Lock coupler for working.

* If machine is working under unlock position, warning


buzzer is ringing.

 Lower window wiper switch (Optional)

O : Off
I : Working wiper motor.

* If no lower window on cabin, wiper is not working.

I : Working front lights on cabin only.
II : Working front and rear lights.

I : Working rotating beacon on top of cabin.

Washer liquid ON : Working wind shield wiper continuously.


O : Off
I : Working wind shield wiper every 3 sec.
II : Working wind shield wiper eyery 6 sec.

Horn Horn switch and window washer liquid.

R : Turn right signal.


L : Turn left signal.
: For passing (Low and high beam).
: Low beam.
: High beam.

 Traveling select switch (Wheeled excavator)

F : Forward traveling.
N : Neutral.
R : Reverse traveling.
Cruise I : Low speed (Below 5 km/h)
switch II : Low speed (Normal working)
III : High speed (Traveling)

* Cruise traveling
The machine will travel long distance way, for traveling , the operator presses accelerator continuously. It m
akes operator get tired.
If operator presses this switch while traveling, the travel speed is maintained without using accelerator peda
l. The speed is depends on engine RPM.
If the operator want to adjust machine speed, he could adjust engine PRM with RPM dial.
