01. Description
This program provides Vietnamese Disadvantaged
Young People with job training and career advice.
According to the statistics, today the youths
are more than 50% of the labor force, which is
a huge amount of energy for the development
of the country.

However, with the


rapid increase in the
number of people
reaching working age,
the problem of
creating jobs for
young people is
becoming more and
more difficult.

It helps them find jobs easily after being
trained
+ 86 per cent in the 16-30
year age haven’t
undertaken any technical
training
+ Just 6.4 per cent have
gained degrees from a
college or university.
+ a large number of Viet
Nam’s population do not
have enough 21st Century
skills
It helps them overcome their
poverty and have better lives.

Having a job helps them have good salary


to overcome poverty.
It creates better environment and living
standard for their children after that.
