What is

Thermodynamics?
•Red and yellow: indicate the highest
temperatures and are often used to show
hot spots or areas of high energy.

•Orange: indicates moderate temperatures


that are higher than the surrounding
environment but not as high as red or
yellow.

•Green and blue: indicate moderate to low


temperatures that are below the average
temperature of the scene.

•Purple: indicates the lowest temperatures


and is often used to show areas that are
significantly colder than the surrounding
environment.
