 Title : CINDERELLA

• The title of the movie was Cinderella . Actually ,

The Main Character’s name is Ella but because
of her cruel stepsisters , they add “ CINDER ” on
it so it turns out to be Cinderella.
AUTHOR: CHARLES PERRAULT
• Charles Perrault – was a French author and member of
the Academie Francaise. He laid the foundations for a new
literary genre, the fairy tale, with his works derived from
pre-existing folk tales. The best known of his tales include
Cendrillon (Cinderella) , Le Petit Chaperon (Little Red
Riding Hood) , Le Chat Botte (Puss in boots) , La Belle au
bois Dormat (The Sleeping Beauty) and Barbe Bleue
(Bluebeard).
CHARLES PERRAULT’S BACKGROUND
• Some of Perrault’s versions of old stories have influenced the
German versions published by the Brothers Grimm more than
100 years later. The stories continue to be printed and have
been adapted to opera, ballet (such as Tchaikovsky’s The
Sleeping Beauty), theatre, and film. Perrault was an influential
figure in the 17th- century French literary scene, and was the
leader of the Modern faction during the Quarrel of the Ancients
and the Moderns.
 SETTING : A FAR AWAY KINGDOM

• The Setting was located at a far , far away

kingdom . Unlike any other places , it is much
too different here . The kingdom has a castle ,
the castle was too BIG . Thousands of people can
be inside . The other places was peaceful like
Farms , And Others.
CHARACTERS
 LILY JAMES • The Main Character was
(CINDERELLA) Cinderella whom lived with
her stepmother and with her
two stepsisters. Cinderella is a
generous maiden with a good
attitude . Unlike her
stepsisters , she was very kind
hearted. Cinderella was act
out by Lily James .
 RICHARD
MADDEN • The other one is the Prince
(PRINCE KIT) Kit . The Prince was the
leading man of Cinderella
whom fell in love with her so
badly. Prince Kit was act out
by Richard Madden.
HELENA BONHAM • The other Characters was the
CARTER (FAIRY
GODMOTHER) Fairy Godmother. She is very
powerful and made Cinderella
into a one night PRINCESS .
The fairy Godmother was act
out by Helena Bonham Carter.
KATE BLANCHETT
(STEPMOM) • Next is her stepmother , she
was very cruel to her. They
always fond of making
Cinderella suffer too much.
Kate Blanchett played the role
of Cinderella’s Stepmom .
SOPHIE MCSHERRA
(DRISELLA) • Next is her Stepsisters . They
HOLIDAY GRANGER were the daughter of
(ANASTASIA)
Cinderella’s Stepmom. They
were also cruel to her but not
too much. The stepsisters
Anastasia and Drisella was act
out by Sophie McSherra and
Holiday Granger.
 SUMMARY
• In a far away kingdom there lived a young maiden whose Mother and Father died . After all the tragic
happenings , her stepmom decided to adopt her . As the days went by , her stepmom made her their
servant and want to follow their rules .They were very cruel to her . This was the very sadess days of her
life but one night, Everything has change , She found her Fairy Godmother and , Her fairy godmother
turns her into a beautiful princess . So , she happens to go to the ball. When she arrived , All of the
attentions are in to her . She was very beautiful . The Prince fell in love with her . But , Cinderella forgot
that the magic will last at 12 midnight . So , She rans very fast as she could and her sandal wore out . The
Prince followed her but they haven’t reach Cinderella . The prince found her sandal and decided to look
for her. Days and Night have past and the Prince has search and it happen to find Cinderella‘s house and ,
the sandal fits in . Cinderella was very happy for she found her Prince Charming . Her stepmom and
stepsisters were very sorry for they were very cruel to her . She forgives them and went on . Cinderella
and the Prince get married and they lived happily ever after .
 OPINION
• Our opinion about this movie is that the movie was so
educational for viewers . It tells them about how life
gives struggle and how they overcome them. Life has
ups and down and also , learn to be kind . The movie is
so beautiful , and no matter who you are , if you are
heart kinded then you will be rewarded.
 RECOMMENDATION
• We Recommend this movie for this movie reflects
the true to life and also , it shows Good deeds ,
Kind doings , Having Faith and also , Be strong at
all times . This movie attracts young viewers to
watch and also , it has many lessons to learn.
