Introduction
• K.P. THERMOPLASTIC MARKER is Maharashtra based one of the leading and emerging in Road Marking &
Road safety business in India.
• The firm was established in year 2007, growing its initial routes from road safety developments, gradually with
time phase in year 2009 it extended its business in the field of road marking business.
• Now our firm is specifically known for its core competency in Thermoplastic Road Marking Application. We
have successfully executed Specific & prestigious jobs of Road Marking all over India on various City Roads.
• State Highways and NHAI Road Projects, we are simultaneously experienced in executing Thermoplastic
Road Marking on Concrete Pavement by using special concrete Primer for bonding with our special Imported
Airless Spray Machine and has gained acceleration for all
• K.P. THERMOPLASTIC MARKER is involved in the business framework of Road Marking & Road Safety
products and in near future it wish to undertake activities in the field of manufacturing of Thermoplastic Road
Marking Resin with its group of companies K.P. CONSTRUCTION AND K.P ENTERPRISES

Introduction Of Topic

• My project title is " To study of HR management at K.P. Thermoplastic Marker ".

• I selected this topic because HR management is necessary to implement properly on every organization and now various
company laws made for betterment of employees of company and companies.

• The main objective is to know the how company work on the road safety development in India and how company make
sure the people’s safety on road because now day’s the government of India is paying more attention towards the
improvement of road and road facilities because road must be always safe.

• I To study of HR management at K.P. Thermoplastic Marker and Implementation strategies of the company. The company
completed following product.
Objective of the Study of SIP :-
 

 
• The main one of the core reason and purpose of an internship to developed our knowledge and build up professionals skills.
 
• To Increase our confidence Internship study Necessary.

• To get valuable work experience to improve our knowledge and practical skills for the upcoming jobs.

Scope of the study

• Internship experience plays a vital role for every student to implement their theoretical knowledge and
get a practical knowledge from organization.

• A student can implement this internship experience in his/her future work area.

• Summer internships allow college students to get real-world work experience.

 
Actual work week wise
Week1:
• On 1st week in K.P. Thermoplastic Marker Company I interact with reporting manager and other employee of the KPTM. 
• They familiarized me with the working environment of their organization and how to differentiate them from other
organizations.
• Know about the products and policies of the KPTM.
Week2:
• Introduction about the all the register in daily work.
• They in us with HR related work and other company work in the K.P. Thermoplastic marker. 
• All the type of register which are daily work in the company introduced. 
Week3:
• In Third week I started my actual work in company. The first day of week I do the actual work. 
• My senior clerk in the company teaches me how to crate trip.
Week4:
• Crate leave letter for the employees in the company.
• Daily Manpower chart are also teaches (How many workers are present in the company mention in the manpower chart).
• Worker entry (in/out) in general register .
Week5:
• Collection of resume of worker.
• Screening resume of the worker.
• Help the worker to draft the letter regarding their medical benefit from company.
Week6:
• A firm register (for new joining people entry in the book) supervisor and manager joining process of new employers).
• Create I – Card for the workers/employers in the company.
• Daily Report Bonding to the Higher Officer.
• Medical Check Up (Monthly check there medical report.
SIP Learning :
 Communication skill :-
• The Intern help to build up communication skills because the good communication skills help us to reach a career
goal easily and smoother.
 Teamwork :-  
• Learn through the internship teamwork is a essential and important skill in modern working world.
• Teamwork teach u to give respect to other employees, evaluated others opinion and get the best solution.
 People Management :-
• As a HR intern , our focus on learning how to work with people while maintaining respectful relationships with
different types of people.
Conclusion
• I conclude that the whole internship is great experience to me where I can find out my strength and my weakness,
and gain the knowledge and how to build relationship and tackle to client and manage work and met different types
of people and exchange the opinion with them and learn from their knowledge and experience. 
• I can conclude that the firm growth is increase day by day and company focus on the safety and qualities of road.  
• The internship was also good to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are. This helped me to define what
skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time. 
• It would be better that the knowledge level of the language is sufficient to contribute fully to projects.
