get that back I will not go into the store nor encourage my friends to go to the store.
Rationalization: convincing oneself that the goal was not so important to be achieved in case I
was not able to achieve my goas.
Regression: (Normally doesn’t occur) Childish behaviour. I wanted to buy a product and the last
piece is available in the shop and there is another person to buy that same product. I don’t buy
it neither I allow the other person to buy it by causing damage to the product.
Withdrawal: you went to a store to buy a particular clothing and you suddenly like a dress and
take it and then you see another customer in the same store billing the same dress in the
counter before you and then you don’t buy that dress and say that the store is not having
enough stock
Projection: In case you went to return a product to the retailer he will try to put the blame that
the product is ok but the way you have used is the reason for the damage.
Autism: fictitious thinking or day dreaming.
Identification: video example
Repression: thinking away and concentrating on other goals in case am not able to achieve my
first initial one.
