How to add corrective actions_Sedex ver2
Corrective actions

Corrective actions are created by the site in response to issues


labelled as “Non compliance”
To add corrective actions:
► Log in to your Sedex account
► From the Homepage click ‘Issues’
► Locate the issue you would like to add corrective action and
click on the magnifying glass icon on the left

► On the bottom of the issue’s page click ‘create a new action’

► A new form will appear:

► Information auto populated from the issue


• Site: site name where the audit is made on
• Audit: related audit name
• Issue Category: issue category where the Corrective Action is generated from
• Issue Sub-Category: issue sub category where the Corrective Action is
generated from
• Issue title

Corrective actions

► Fill the information:


• Action Plan Title
• Detailed explanation of planned action to be taken including timescales if applicable
• Auditor's Suggested Completion Date: recommended action date from the issue
• Planned Completion Date
• Action Status: select among “Planned”, “started” or “completed”; If you
select“completed”, other fields will appear below:
- Action Completed as Planned;
- Details of action taken to resolve Non Compliance or Observation;
- Upload Evidence: Allows the user to upload files – 3 “Upload
Evidence” fields are available;
• Name and position of the person who will complete action: only visible if status
completed

► Click on You will then return to list mode.


► On the list mode click This will change
the issues status to Auditor review (in pink)
