    WHAT IS CAPITALISM?

     Capitalism is an economic system.


     It is a system for dealing with money and wealth.
     In a capitalist country, citizens and not the
    governments, own and run companies. These
    companies compete with other companies for
    business.
    DEMERITS OF CAPITALISM

     Weak entrepreneurs = Resource


    wastage
     Motive of entrepreneurs = profit
    maximization and not on social welfare
     Economic instability

     Creates have & have not's situation


     Monopoly power = higher charges
     Demand = purchasing power
     Purchasing power = rich people
     Rich people =luxury products
