In Indian economy, automobile industry plays and an

important role. India’s growth and satisfaction of customer was


the main aim of automobile industry. This sector has happened,
particularly after 1990’s due to favorable government policies,
de-licensing and so on. The Purchasing capacity of middle class
and easy and cheap auto finance facility were also provided by
the government. From this it has been observed that the
customer satisfaction is most important part of every industry.
For improving number of new customers the service industries
has the responsibility to improve customer satisfaction and
quality services. There is no need to expand money on promotion
and advertisement because a satisfied customer can directly
promote the brand of particular product and this is directly the
word to mouth communication or promotion and it will be the
most effective for particular service industry when the service
industries provide best class services. To improve on quality of
services and eventually on customer satisfaction the automobile
service industries should be better equipped. This research work
of auto mobile sector will benefit the society to serve as an
information base which ads up the existing body of knowledge
and data on customer behavior.
