RULES INSIDE THE

CAMPUS
• No smoking policy shall be imposed in the school
premises. (Student Handbook, page 84)
• Bringing of firearm, knife or any sharp objects with
blade longer than 2 ½ inches or any deadly weapon is
prohibited. (Student handbook page 84)
• No drinking of alcoholic beverage or drunken behavior
with in the school’s premises. (Student handbook page
84)
• Unauthorized or illegal possession or use of
prohibited drugs. (Student handbook page 84)
• Gambling within the school’s premises.

• Instigating quarrel inside the campus.

• Vandalism is strictly prohibited.
• Hazing is strictly prohibited. (Student handbook
page 84 grounds for dismissal)
• All students are required to wear their proper
school uniform and school ID. (if the uniform is
not yet available, kindly wear white shirt)
• Practice social distancing
• Please wear your facemask for your own
protection.

WHEN USING THE
LABORATORY
DO’S (G Lang!)
• Follow the given or assigned schedule of using the
laboratory.
• Secure borrower’s form for requesting needed
laboratory tools and equipment ahead of time.
• A high level of personal hygiene is expected; Wear
prescribe laboratory gown, apron, face mask, hairnet,
roll up sleeves and wash hands before starting.

• Bring 3 pieces of personal face towel (face, hand, and
cleaning of service areas)
• Work quietly, avoid unnecessary conversations so that
the instructions can be heard clearly.
• Wash and dry all soiled dishes e.g. cutlery, glassware
and plates should be return on proper storage area.
DO’S (G Lang!)
• Keep areas tidy at all times, each unit must be left clean,
cookers cleaned and sinks empty and washed.
• Keep kitchen cloths clean and must be hang on the clotheshorse
after use.
• All accidents and breakages must be reported at once.
• Be aware of infographic signage and be familiar of the
emergency exit point.
DONT’S (Edi Don’t!)
• Never run, rush around or throw anything in the kitchen.
• Do not move around the kitchen with hot objects e.g. frying
pans, boiling water.
• Do not leave appliances unplugged after use
• Do not be careless of using the sharp objects like knives.

• Never touch plugs or electrical equipment with wet


hands.
• Never dip fingers into food, never lick fingers during
cooking. Use a clean spoon each time you taste.
• Never sit in kitchen work surfaces

• Never leave all kitchen cloths unclean in the sink.


• Do not wear jewelry during food production.
• Do not smoke.
