RECEIVING A CUSTOMER:
Receiving a customer with the token of
smile will be great event in winning the customers
heart. Generally customers feel hesitant to come
inside and now they see a good support and he/she
will be satisfiesd
AMBIENCE:
It refers to the cleanliness and organized
arrangement of the products and “show off” of outlet.
in olden days dhoop sticks and displaying
religious hangings are followed but now a days
hanging “caricatures” is followed in order to have
customer satisfaction.
PRICE OF THE PRODUCT:
The price of a product should be reasonable . It
means the price should be affordable by all the
people .
QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF A PRODUCT:
A product reasonable price with good quality
may have more demand which helps in satisfying the
customer.
At the same time quantity also plays an
important role in satisfying the customer the a good
quantity with reasonable price.
REFRESHMENTS:
providing refreshments like cool drinks , coffee and
water etc,.. May also help In grabing the satisfaction
of a customer.

Hence above mentioned are some of the


important points to achieve the satisfaction of a
customer.
