 Project is undertaken to improve the quality score of BQ players. Under this project player has D, 19.4% A, 19.4%
been identified which quality score is <93% in Jan’23
 Success of the project will help to improve the overall quality score and CSAT
 Purpose of the product to reduce the BQ count and close BQ <20% in Feb’23

 Team Leader and QA wise daily team will be brief on do & don’t along with top opportunity
area of pervious day audit
 Daily doubt clearing session due to CQ score of pervious audit impacted
 Post completion of training monitoring will be done to check improvement
