Why is creativity important?

Creativity is inherent in everyone. It is a process of


having original ideas that have value
(Robinson,2006)

Without creativity, there would be no real


innovation; we need people who are pure idea
generators and we need others who can modify
those ideas. (Thorne, 2007)
