PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES
PSO 2: An ability to produce graduates who pursue higher education and show
intellectual curiosity for life-long learning and work in multi-disciplinary
environments embedded with ethical values and social responsibilities.
• Noise reduction in pavement is made of rubberized bituminious top layer also known
as asphalt rubber or rubberized asphalt, is pavement material that consist of regular
asphalt concrete mixed with crumb rubber from recycled tyres.
• The use of recycled materials like rubber in replacement with fine sand in concrete
can result in reduced cost and may enhance performance.
• Rubber is naturally occurring polymer, and a very good one, when added to concrete
it will increase its elasticity and decrease its brittle point.
• In general, the purpose of addition of the rubberized materials to concrete is to
improved its properties and to study its effect on workability.

OBJECTIVES
Water conservation:-
AAC blocks don’t need curing as water used in other ordinary clay bricks
23/03/2023
Recycle/ Reuse:-
Waste from the cutting process is recycled back with raw
materials and used again.

Characteristics of AAC blocks
• Long life:-AAc does not deteriorate over time and they retain good
finishes even after many years .They have better resistance against alternate
cycles of heating and cooling.
• Accuracy:- The accurate manufacturing process ensures that Autoclaved
Aerated Concrete Blocks are always produced to size as they leave the
factory. This result in less on site trimming and finishing, reduced quantities
of materials used.

Conclusion
• Disaster management efforts aim to reduce or avoid the potential losses from hazards,
assure prompt and appropriate assistance to the victims of a disaster, and achieve a rapid
and effective recovery.
• Developing new methods of rescue and investing in innovative techniques can help limit
the casualties.
