• A report is the primary object you use to print database content
• Report include various :
-font and color
-Clip art and lines
-Multiple headers and footers
-Calculate subtotals, average and count
• Report Wizard is one way to create a report
• Tool that asks questions to guide development of the report
• Your Responses to report wizard determine the record source, style and layout
• Record source is the table or query that defines the fields and records displayed on the report
• The Report Wizard helps you sort,group,and analyze the records
