ENTERING DATA ON VIRTUAL

OFFICE

1. Meetings – Details of leads


2. Customers – Details of clients
3. Products – Details of product sold.

This module contains the details procedure of entering the data under
Meetings, Customers and Products on Virtual Office.
1. Meetings : Click on Meetings.
2. Add New : Click on add new. Here you have to make the
entries of all the leads who have pitched till now. (either
converted or not)
2. UNDER DESCRIPTION MENTION THE
PRODUCT/SOFTWARE YOU HAVE PITCHED FOR.
(PSTS/PPM/PIM)
3. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ID CARD OF YOUR LEAD,
UPLOAD ANY OF YOUR OWN ID (COLLEGE ID, PAN ID,
ETC.)
4. AFTER FILLING ALL THE REQUIRED DETAILS, CLICK
ON SUBMIT.
ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE DETAILS,
THE MEETING INFORMATION WILL APPEAR
LIKE THIS.
1. AFTER FILLING THE DETAILS, CLICK ON ‘OUR CUSTOMERS’.
2. UNDER THIS SECTION YOU HAVE TO FILL THE DETAILS OF
THE LEADS THAT YOU HAVE CONVERTED.
3. CLICK ON ADD NEW TO FILL THEIR DETAILS
CLIENTS(SUBSCRIBERS).
2. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AADHAR NUMBER OF
YOUR CLIENT, FILL ANY 12 DIGIT NUMBER.
3. AFTER FILLING ALL THE DETAILS, CLICK ON SAVE
DATA.
1. AFTER SAVING THE DATA OF ALL YOUR
CONVERTED CLIENTS, CLICK ON ‘PRODUCTS’.
2. CLICK ON ‘SOLD PRODUCTS’.
3. CLICK ON ADD NEW TO FILL THE DETAILS OF ALL
THE PRODUCTS/SOFTWARE SOLD BY YOU.

2. UNDER CHOOSE PRODUCT, SELECT THE PRODUCT
YOU HAVE SOLD TO RESPECTIVE CLIENT.

1. CLICK ON CONTINUE AFTER FILLING THE
REQUIRED DATA.

2. To continue, mention the selling price of the


respective product and submit.

GENERATED WILL SHOWN IN THIS WAY.
