About Certificate Issuance System:

An online system that serves the certification process under SASO standards, which includes the

issuance and recognition of the IECEE and IECEX certifications.

System registration requirements:

Please be aware that there are requirements when signing in:

- Commercial Registration Number and the date of expiry.

- E-authorization by the Ministry of Commerce.
- Factory Information.
- Product Information.

Create a new Account – Internal Facility:

After entering the website, please click the “create new account” button.

 Creating a new account requires going through three main steps

First Step: Facility Information

After selecting an internal facility (local factory or supplier) >> completing the required information

(commercial registration number + expiry date) >> click on the verify button >> click “Next” button.

By clicking on the Verify button, the data

of the facility registered with the Ministry
of Commerce will appear.

Second Step: Delegate Information

The user enters the authorized person’s data and confirms mobile number through a text message.

If identity of the delegate does not match, please refer to the Ministry of Commerce.

It is required that the ID number registered in the system is linked to the commercial registry in the

system of the Ministry of Commerce.

By clicking the Send button, you will receive

a text message to your registered phone
number containing a verification code

Second Step: Delegate Information

E-Authorization service of the Ministry of Commerce:

To add a delegate, please enter to the E-Authorization service of the Ministry of Commerce where

you can choose the permissions as below:

To enter the service please click on (E-Authorization services)

For more information on how to add a delegate, please click on the user guide for the E-Authorization

service (E-Authorization service - Ministry of Commerce).

Note:
In case you are unable to add a delegate through the E-Authorization service of the Ministry of
Commerce, you can continue registering the data of the listed individuals in the commercial register
(owner, general manager, partner... etc.).
After logging in, you can add a first officer, who will have all the permissions.
Please refer the following steps: Personal Profile >> Add a delegator and complete the required data
and choose the first officer >> click on the “”Save” button.

Third Step: Terms and Conditions

After that, the user reviews the terms and conditions >> agrees to them by clicking on “Approve” >>

click the “save” button.

Activation stage to complete registration:

When logging in for the first time, an activation link will be sent to your email to activate the account.

First Step: Select Product Category

You can search for the Technical Regulation or the H.S. Code Number, H.S. Code Tags, or Product

Name >> click on the “search” button >> choose the Technical Regulation >> click on the “Next”

button.

Fill in all the required data >> upload the product attachments >> click on the “Next” button.

To apply for IECEE recognition please select “E-Services” >> apply for IECEE Recognition, as below:

All previously inserted products are shown, please choose from the list.

After selecting the product,

please click on “Next”

After that, the products details will show up, please click the “Next” button.

At the last stage, please add the model number and country of origin >> click the “Add” button >>
