Register your UFED device today


By registering your Cellebrite UFED products on the MyCellebrite portal allows us to provide you with
the most effective support for all your mobile forensic requirements.
If you received the following message when starting a UFED application, you have either not registered
on the MyCellebrite portal, or you have not yet updated your UFED device information.

We highly recommend that all our customers register on MyCellebrite to benefit from:
n The most up to date software updates
n The latest news and release notes
n Access to the latest documentation
n License information
n Access UFED Phone Detective

How to register on MyCellebrite and update your device details?


1. Go to https://my.cellebrite.com.
2. If you do not have an account, click Register now:
n Complete the registration form.

n An email will be sent to validate your account and complete the registration process.

n Select your password and log in using your new credentials.

3. Once you have successfully registered on the portal, navigate to the My Products page.
4. Click Add Device. The following window appears:

5. Enter the Serial number, Device ID and a name of the device (optional) as they appear in the
Cellebrite Product Licensing window or in the pop-up message notification.
6. Click Add Device.
The device is now displayed in the Active Products area in the My Products page.
