2. What Caller ID will I see when Affiliated contacts me?


 Affiliated’s outbound caller ID is 800-481-2700

3. How do I place an account on/off test?


 Go to the Partner Portal homepage website h ps://portal.affiliated.com
 Search for the account you want to place on test
 Go to the le -hand menu, select the On/Off Test link
 Select blue Place On Test op on and follow the prompts

4. What can I do under the Reports tab?


 There are a few things that can be done from the reports tab Partner Portal:
 You can generate one click reports such as 24-hour alarm ac vity, new account ac vity,
runaways, accounts in alarm, on test, etc.
 You can pull bulk reports under the event history report including more than 1
loca on/branch.
 You can “schedule” a report. For example, you can generate a report to show daily
openings and closings and have it sent every day at 8pm.

5. What’s the easiest way to pull a report?


 Go under the event history and click the Export bu on. This will allow you to select the
me-period and export to excel.

6. What is the Home page used for?


From Home, you can view account informa on. There are mul ple features on this page:
 Shortcuts, one click reports to access 24-hour alarm ac vity, new account ac vity and
accounts on test or in alarm.
 Easily access the ac vity dashboard showing any accounts with the most operator
handled events and high signal traffic accounts.

7. Is SMS Available rather than a phone call?


 Yes, it is! Meet AlertMessage, Alarm monitoring tailored to the reality of how people live
their lives. When an event occurs, authorized contacts will receive real- me SMS
no fica on. They can quickly reply to cancel an alarm or request emergency services,
en rely over SMS.
