Every employee must exercise
honesty in handling/using funds
and assets belonging to the
Company, to co-employees, or to
any other person. Violations of
this provision such as, but not
limited to, the infractions listed
below shall constitute grave
offense and shall be grounds for
dismissal

7. Offering or accepting

exchange for any favorable
condition of employment or
for any similar

8. Falsifying, manipulating or
tampering any company records, files
and documents. These includes
forging signatures, deliberately
concealing or withholding material
information, giving untrue or false
statements, making unauthorized
alterations, corrections or entries
and other similar fraudulent acts for

9. Misappropriations,
mishandling of company
money, funds or financial
securities including those
under the company custody or
for which it may be held
accountable.

BEHAVIOR
• Employees must conduct themselves in a
manner befitting a gentleman or a lady.
Examples of offenses that fall under this
category are, but not limited to, the
following:

1. Discourtesy, disrespect, arrogance or


impoliteness towards customers, suppliers,
visitors, member of the management,
supervisors or fellow employees.

2. Playing favorites with or showing
excessive partiality to certain
customer such as but not limited to
former co-employees or friends at the
expense of others. Giving uncalled for

3. Slowing down, holding back,
dragging out, hindering or limiting

containers which are intended for customers

eating area. If there is not specific area to which

II. ACTS AGAINST
MORALS/PERSON
Employee should always maintain high moral
standards of behavior and must refrain from
indecent, lewd immoral acts, which could
give occasion for scandal or loss of
confidence in the company or employee.
Penalty for immoral behavior range from
WARNING to DISMISSAL depending upon the
gravity of the offense. Infractions falling
under this category include but are not
limited to the following: (Persons include
company customers, suppliers, and visitors,
members of management, supervisors and
fellow employees.

or place. This may apply to both
aggressor and the aggrieved party.
Note: The Company could
consider mitigating circumstances
which could lighten the penalty to

or inflicting or attempting
to inflict body injury or
harm on another person
for whatever reason at
anytime or at any place.

7. Coercing a person to do an act
in violation to comply rules or
government laws, or compelling
a person to omit the doing of an
act which the company rules or
the law requires to be done.

8. Indecency or immoral conduct

materials, downloading/uploading

IV. NEGLECT
OF DUTY
Employees are expected to
perform and accomplish their
assigned tasks during their
schedules hours of work and at
their work place. Failure to do
so shall constitute offenses
against this provision and shall
subject the employee to
disciplinary measures.
1. Absence from work without permission.
a. Failure to give an advanced notice to the
manager of the need to be absent/under
time on a particular date. Such notice must
be accompanied by a particular date of
returning to work.

2. Reporting late three or more times during
a one payroll period is considered gross and
habitual neglect of duties and is subject to
disciplinary action aside from deduction in

he/she shall be considered absent without
permission or AWOL.

3. Frequent violations or circumvention of
time keeping procedure more than once
during a one calendar month period. Ex:
Failure to punch, record or log time, erasing

By property, under this section, we refer to

proprietary matters and personal effects, articles
and belongings of any kind or type of customers,
suppliers, visitors, members of the management,
supervisors, and fellow employees. Employee must
exercise due care in handling/use of the properties
belonging to the Company or entrusted to the
