Corporate culture:

misalignment.

 Toyota Motors failed to come up with efficient leadership processes that aimed at
making key decisions.

 They failed to get managers who could successfully operate in the rapidly changing

 They do not have an efficient risk assessment team for identifying and calculating
risks.
Retention
 Individuals who possess mission-critical skills were not properly addressed by
Toyota Motor.

 The company’s hiring process was poorly designed.

subjected to training.

• Team members must be healthy trained to understand the principles.
• Team members have to be motivated to help the corporation achieve
its goals.
• Team members cannot terror that exposing a difficulty will get them in
problem.

resolutions, safety and health.
• Development: on job development, section-specific training, coaching,
process improvement, section business and strategic planning.
Ergonomic workplace
• Offer oppurtunities to mix it up (job rotation or job enrichment)
• Consistently communicate and educate.
• Complete trainings and update training sheets
• Go beyond the standard assessment
• Cognitive ergonomics is used to enhance occupational health
and safety by limiting the mental load a worker has to deal with
