What they do ?
1. A Dietician reviews nutritional needs

2. A District Nurse cares for patients in their own homes or in residential

homes.
 
3. A GP works in a surgery and cares for patients.

4. A Healthy Visitor give medical cares and advice, for example on

managing with a disability, to people in their homes.
5. A Midwife cares for pregnant women before and after the birth of their babies.

6. A Pharmacist reviews and dispenses medications.

7. A Practice Nurse works in GP’s surgery and provides advice, care and treatment, for
example giving vaccinations.

8. A Psychologist cares for patients with emotional and behavioural problems.

9. Dental Hygienist works with dentist and whose job is to clean people’s teeth and give
them advice about keeping them clean, run oral health promotions.
