• Easy to fall behind when not in an

• Try to start at least one experience each
semester
• Make yourself a schedule
• Don’t want to get to 375 and realize you
have nothing to write your reflections
on

• Required to register for honors courses
• Do it before your registration date
• Online, easy to fill out
• Usually, sent out in newsletter and put
on D2L before class registration starts
Look at the Newsletter
• Sent out every week
• Keep up to date on all things Honors
• Great place to find competency experiences
• Very easy to forget what you did
• Writing a reflection is hard when
you can’t remember the

Up To Date

• Not required when not in an Honors


class, but it is nice to go through your
portfolio at the beginning of every year
and update anything that may have
changed
• Ex: year in school, major, added a
minor, etc.
• Publish every time you change something
