Kilometer Zero Province No. 153 of
Point of Yogyakarta 2002

Analyze the concentration of carbon monoxide CO in

ambient air in the area of Malioboro Street and the
Kilometer Zero Point in Yogyakarta.

Conduct a sensitivity analysis of the number of vehicles

and meteorological factors (temperature, humidity and
wind speed) on carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations on
Malioboro Street and Yogyakarta Kilometer Zero Point

Research Tools
1. CO Meter
2. Anemometer
3. Thermohyghrometer
4. GPS
5. Counter
6. Smartphone
Measurement Carbon Monoxide
The primary data needed is the CO value, while the tools needed for primary data
collection are CO Meter (CO Analyzer) which is placed ± 1.5 meters from the ground
level according to the high average for breathing with recording every 5 (five) minutes

P: Air pressure (1 atm)

M: Molecular weight / compound
R: Universal gas constant (0.0821)
T: Absolute temperature (ºK)

C2 = momentary concentration (µg / m3)

C1 = Standard concentration (µg / m3)
t1 = Momentary exposure time (minutes)
t2 = Standard exposure time (minutes)
Rank Spearman's
Spearman Rank correlation coefficient (rs) is a measure of the
relationship between two ordinal variables or a measure of the level of
the relationship between data compiled based on rank.
Spearman Coefficient Value and Meaning of Relationship
Rs (+/-) Meaning of Relationship
0.01-0.19 Very weak
0.20-0.39 Weak
0.40-0.59 Medium
0.60-0.79 Strong
0.80-1.00 Very strong

Equation formula
Rs = Rank Spearman correlation coefficient
di = Difference in data ranking to i
n = Number of samples
