Play + tennis/football/soccer/volleyball
 Play is used for sports (that use a ball)

Go + swimming/running/jogging/dancing
 Go is used with activities that end in –ing

Do + yoga/tai-chi/gymnastics
 Do is used for exercises

The verb WOULD has different meanings
and uses. We will only focus on the main
use.
Use 1: Wish, desire, intention
or inclination.
 I would love to live in Rome

 Would you like some iced coffee?

Yes, I would love to.

 What I'd really like is to sleep

 Use 2: Polite requests and questions

 Would you give me some money?

 Would you stop talking, please?
