TO BUILD
1. AMERICANO (After Dinner Drink)
Ingredients:
• 1 jigger Sweet Vermouth
• 1 jig Campari Bitter
• Soda Water (optional)
Procedure:
Build all the ingredients over ice filled old fashioned
glass and top with soda water (optional).
Garnish: Twist of lemon (or slice of orange) in the
drink.
TO BUILD
Procedure:
•Build all the ingredients and stir in
highball glass.
Garnish: Celery stalk or Lime wedge

9. TEQUILA SUNRISE (Long Drinks)
Ingredients:
•1 jig Tequila
•3 jig Orange juice or fill-up
•¼ jig grenadine
TEQUILA SUNRISE
Procedure:
•Build the tequila and orange juice into
an ice filled highball glass, stir, then
add the grenadine, and do not re-stir.
Garnish: slice of orange and a cherry on
the rim.
TO BUILD
Ingredients:
•1 jig Gin
•½ Bar spoon or dash of Dry Vermouth
Procedure:
• Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with green olives in the drink. Twist of lemon
peel (optional)
TO STIR
Vodka Martini
• Substitute vodka from gin. Same
procedure and garnish as dry martini
Sweet Martini
• Same as dry martini but substitute
sweet vermouth for dry vermouth and
a cherry for zest of lemon or an olive.

Perfect Martini
Ingredients:
•1 jig gin
•¼ jig Dry Vermouth
•¼ jig Sweet Vermouth
Procedure: Stir in a mixing glass with ice and
strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: red cherry and lemon zest

Ingredients:
•1 jig Gin
•½ bar spoon or a dash of Dry Vermouth
Procedure: Pour all ingredients into a
mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into
a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with
cocktail onion in the drink.

Ingredients:
•1 jig white Rum
•2 barspoon white sugar granules
•Chilled soda water
•4 Sliced of lemon wedge
•8 leaves fresh mint

Ingredients:
•1 jig White rum
•½ jig Coconut cream
•2 jig Pineapple juice
•4 sliced pineapple fruit
PIÑACOLADA
Procedure:
• Blend all the ingredients with crushed
ice. Pour unstrained into a large poco
glass or water goblet.
• Garnish: Wedge of pineapple,
pineapple leaves and cherry on the
rim. Serve with straws.

Ingredients:
•1 jig Vodka
•½ jig Coconut cream
•2 jig Pineapple juice
•4 sliced pineapple fruit

Procedure:
• Blend all the ingredients with crushed
ice. Pour unstrained into a large poco
glass or water goblet.
• Garnish: Wedge of pineapple,
pineapple leaves and cherry on the
rim. Serve with straws.
