and paid up capital of Tk. 100 million

❖ The DBL does not follow any divisions based on age, gender , identity, religion.

Recruitment Process
Firstly, a needs assessment is done for determining the needs or "gaps" between
current conditions of a job position and desired conditions or "wants".
❖ Once the job location is clearly defined, DBL goes to advertise for job opportunities through print media, its website etc.
❖ After collecting the applications, they are screened and create a shortlist.
❖ Finally shortlisted applicants are put through a written test and selection interview.
❖ The reference check is done to get information about the person's character, quality of work and to validate the information
received from the candidate through his / her resume and interview.
❖ Finally Dhaka Bank Limited issues an offer letter to the selected applicant.
