INTRODUCTION

• Commenced in the year 1998, RK Agencies is enlisted as the renowned business


in the market. The ownership type of the business is Sole Proprietorship and we
have located our operational unit in Tamil Nadu, India. We are affianced in
manufacturing, trading, supplying, distributing and wholesaling wide range of
Fevicol, Building Chemicals, Angle Grinder, Power Tools, Electric Drill, Air
Blower and many more.
• Under the astute guidance and supervision of Mr. Senthil Kumar who is
designated as the Proprietor in the organization, we have created a renowned
position in the market. With his great management skill, he manages and directs
the working of the company in a profound manner
FINDINGS

 The majority (34.6%) of the respondents in the age group between 18-20

 The majority 55.6% of the respondents are single.

 The majority 66.7% of the respondents are in monthly

 The majority 44.4% of the respondents are in once a month

 The majority 69.2% of the respondents are in near by home


SUGGESTIONS
• 1) The company must go for some more promotional activities rather than TV,
posters

• Display and newspapers.

• 2) The company has to conduct the periodical meetings with customers and take
their valuable suggestions.

• 3) The company may adopt policy of discounts cards and gifts to customers while
purchasing the products.
CONCLUSION

• This project has helped us in understanding the behaviour of customer towards


Fevicol and what they prefer in different brands.
• RK AGENCIES (Pidilite) stands out as a clear winner. It is because of the
experience it has in the market. Fevicol buying is a high involvement product
where in the customer wants to know from different sources about brands, though
Pidilite is the first name that comes to their minds.
• Word of mouth plays an important role in such products and therefore it is
important for the product to be of important quality.
• Companies should therefore concentrate more on developing the designable
Product and make it available at reasonable and reachable prices.
