- There are three categories of this sport,
namely the ball only, ball and a stick or
bat and ball over the net

fighting.
- Some examples of sports that are strength-based include body
building, weightlifting and powerlifting
- Examples of the combat sports are boxing, ultimate fighting,
wrestling, and the ancient martial arts
- Kendo and fencing are examples of the combat sports that allow
