Communication is regarded as the most vital ingredient in an
organization. The word has been derived from the Latin word ‘
communis,’ which means common. Hence communication
means sharing ideas in common. The term refers to the
transmission of information from one individual to another, eg.,
Introduction telephone or television.
Communication is a process of transmitting information,
thoughts, opinions, messages from one person to another.
Communication requires lot of planning and coordination.
The communication begins with a sender.
The information is then transmitted to the reciever. The
information might be oral, or written and maybe transmitted by
computer telephone or television.
Process of The reciever then receives the message and the reciever has to
be ready for a message to be properly decoded.
communication To check the effectiveness of communication a person needs to
have proper feedback to make sure that the message has been
properly transmitted and understood.
The first category is verbal or written communication. Verbal
communication looks at telephone calls and face to face
discussions this form of communication is time saving and is also
easily understandable as doubts can be effectively removed. The
written communications are through newspapers, reports, letters
etc.
