Girls when they reach puberty age, they experienced

significant changes in their physical bodies.


Sometimes, these changes cause pain that is tolerable
but causes discomfort such as dysmenorrhea.
This study is a qualitative type of study that involves
collecting and analyzing non-numerical data. Further, the
researchers will just take note of ways that girls in Grade 8
Meteor do whenever their monthly period comes and
dysmenorrhea strikes.
Thus, purposive sampling was done to collectively asks the
thoughts of all 22 girls of Grade 8 Meteor.
They are chosen because only girls experience
dysmenorrhea. .

Thus, out of 22 girls of Grade 8 Meteor, 15 of which were randomly
chosen.Names of the girls are written in a sheet of paper and 15
were picked to represent the whole population. .
They are chosen because only girls experience dysmenorrhea. .
