• COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Community involvement is the power to
bring positive, measurable changes to both the communities in which you operate
and to your business. Community involvement examples include in kind and
financial donations, employee volunteer days, enduring nonprofit partnerships,
and more. we also have an ambition to open a school for disabled in 2 years. This
is a part of our CSR activity.

• ENVIRONNMENTAL PRACTICES Good Environmental practices are


defined as those actions that seek to reduce the negative environmental impact
caused by activities and processes through changes and improvements in the
organization and development of actions. Moreover, we also aim at making our
value chain and final product plastic free. Our focus is to develop a process which
leads to zero wastage, maximum advantage. Moreover, we have also been
awarded with recognitions and certification for a GREEN VALUE CHAIN.
• GOVERNANCE Governance is the term for the way a group of people such as
country do things. Our policies ensure that organization is run in a transparent,
ethical manner, promoting good business practices. We also have framed a
whistleblower policy for our startup.

• HIRING AND WORKPLACE PRACTICES Our Policy include proper enquiry


for any hiring or firing. As we are small so we have an advantage in this case. Our
Board of Directors personally monitor the hiring and firing of each employee. But
as we will grow, we will aim at improving our position through the integration of
Technology and HR.

• SOURCING / SUPPLY CHAIN Our Sourcing policy focus on searching for


available stock, thereby ensuring the best possible delivery for your customer. We
have a small scale production plant for manufacturing our product which sources
its inputs from With complex regulations now put in place, we go out and learn
from case studies and the resources that will act as a survival guide as we attempt
to research our vendors and suppliers. We look to other organizations that are
successful in the implementation of an ethical supply chain.
