SDG 3 aspires to ensure health and
well-being for all, including a bold
commitment to end the epidemics
of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and
other communicable diseases by
2030.

It also aims to achieve universal

health coverage, and provide
access to safe and effective
medicines and vaccines for all.

Linear Inequality
A mathematical sentence that contains the
symbol >, <, ≥, ≤ ,≮, ≯, ≰, ≱, and ≠ is
called an inequality.
To graph inequality:
1. If the symbol allows for inequality ≥ or ≤, draw a solid circle
on the number line at the indicated number. If the symbol does
not allow for inequality(> or <), draw an open circle on the
number line at the indicated number.

2. If the variable is greater than the indicated number, shade

the area on the right side of the indicated number. If the
variable is less than the indicated number, shade the area on
the left side of the indicated number.
