• OBJECTIVE
• The purposes of Fitness for Task Medical Reviewer are:
• To ensure each medical check up result is complete (covers all areas for the work task proposed),addresses all of the medical metrics
required a by and carried out correctly by doctors with the required qualifications and experience
• In order to all employees of CSTS, either permanent, TPC, contractors, and the visitor do the fitness for task examination and can
working according with their respective task.

6.4 Fitness Categories
There are four fitness categories: fit, fit with restriction, temporarily unfit and permanently unfit. Promotion or demotion might happen among
each category. Only those who are Fit as remote site worker and Fit with restriction that are allowed to work at Tangguh LNG site.

 6.4.1 Fit
The employees are considered fit for the designated jobs, i.e. they are capable of doing their jobs without any restrictions.
 
6.4.2Fit with Restriction
Worker with restriction may be considered fit with one or several restriction for the designated jobs. Within this category, there is fit with
accommodation where the employees are considered to be fit for the designated jobs but they need certain accommodations of work environment
to accomplish their works. Worker with restriction may be temporary or with permanent restriction.
6.4.3 Temporarily Unfit
The employees are temporarily unfit for their designated jobs because for temporary:
• They cannot perform their tasks and/or they might endanger either their own health and safety or the health and safety of others,
• They have severe health risks that significantly increase the probability of having to be medical evacuated, but the health problem
may be recovered for time which determined;
• They have contracted either a waterborne or airborne disease, but the disease may be recovered for time which determined.
• For remote site workers who cannot meet the FFT requirements for remote site workers will be considered temporary unfit.
• CSTS Employee that are temporary unfit for Tangguh or remote site, when recover to some extent, may be considered fit for
Jakarta office assignment if appropriate.
6.4.4Unfit
The employees are permanently unfit for their designated jobs because permanently:
• They cannot perform their tasks and/or they might endanger either their own health and safety or the health and safety of
others;
• They have severe health risks which consider unmanageable at site and significantly increase the probability of having to be
medically evacuated;

OGUK DRUG TESTING PARAMETER

The drug test will, as a minimum, test for the following drug panel :
• THC
• Amphetamine
• Metamphetamine
• Cocaine
• Benzodiazepines
• Opiates
• Methadone

GC/MS confirmation should be performed for all positive results

EXAMPLE OF WORK INSTRUCTION

1. The FFT review process takes 3 working days after the FFT complete results
received by the FFT officers, and can be conducted only on weekdays (Monday-
Friday) and working hours (8:00 to 16:00 pm).
2. Capacity FFT team to review will be 40-50 review in every working day
3. MCU and job exposure results are in soft copy and hard copy sent to OH Nurse.
