BIODIVERSITY
WHAT IS BIODIVER-
SITY?
- refers to the biological
diversity to describe the
variety of life forms at all
levels, from microorganisms
to wild flora and fauna,
besides the human species
(Bueno,2019).
Also biodiversity is the amount of
variety of life on earth. It is the
number of different species of
plants, animals, and
microorganisms. It includes
organisms from earth’s vastly
different ecosystems, including
deserts, rainforests, coral reefs,
grasslands, tundra, and polar ice
It is also the variation among living
organisms from different sources including
terrestrial, marine and desert ecosystems,
and the ecological complexes of which they
are a part.

of organisms and the
interactions of biotic and
abiotic components in a
