01
PART ONE Principle
Inside Chamber injector, suction needle and sensing
needle integrate as a system which cooperate to
finish measurement process. If there remains liquid
between suction needle and signal needle and
connect these two component when measuring will
cause short circuit in Chamber, then showed error” Suction needle tube
chamber waste pump soak abnormally”
Signal cable

Possible reasons: Conductive

1.Blockage inside the suction needle or the tube
connected to the waste pump.
2.The waste pump is damaged. Signal needle Suction needle
3.04-E01 PCB is damaged.
4.False alarm.

02
PART ONE Problem & Solution
Step 1.The pump cannot actually aspirate while running.
Solutions:
A. Observe the waste pump carefully to check if it is vibrating or not. If not, that means something wrong with the
waste pump or power supply.
B. Log in service software, perform Chamber Soak as showed following; Use a multimeter to check the voltage of pump
while it is running. The normal range of it should be in the range of 19-27 V with alternative current.

PART ONE Problem & Solution
C. Connect the cables of chamber waste pump to waste pump of washing hole and run chamber
waste pump in service software to check whether the other waste pump can aspirate or not. If so,
that means waste pump is damaged. Repair it or replace a new one.

PART ONE Problem & Solution
Step 2. Disconnect the waste cable connect to the needle and put it in a cup with 0.5% bleach solution.
Conduct “Chamber Soak ” as showed in the pictures below and observe whether the waste pump
could aspire the solution or not.

02
PART ONE Problem & Solution
A. If so, possibly there is clot blocking the waste needle of the chamber. Use a syringe filled with bleach
solution and inject to clean the needle and the tube. Connect the tube to the needle and conduct priming
for chamber again.
B. If not, after making sure the power supply to the pump is normal (under guidance of Step 1), disassemble
the pump and clean it. After cleaning the pump, conduct priming for chamber again.

PART ONE Problem & Solution
Step 3.Problem of 04-E01 PCB

A. The sensing needle is

connected to signal wire on 04-
E01 with 5V.

B. The waste needle is

connected to ground wire
through Chamber Lift.

C. When two needles are D2 LED

connected by liquid, the
voltage of sensing needle
decreases to
1.3V( tested , cut-off <
2.5V), at the same time the D2
LED turns off.

If not, replace a new 04-E01
