CONCLUSION
• A healthy life is a conscious life. It is the combination of healthy decisions over time that result in a
healthier more active life.
• It is important to get daily exercise in because it is good for the mind and body. Exercise improves
your mood, strength, and ability to recovery from an injury quickly.
• Nutrition is just as important as exercise.
• Nutrition is broken into food groups of proteins, fats, and carbs.
• Calories are the energy that each food represent.
• It is most beneficial to eat home-made meals on most days to maintain a health life.
