Pendahuluan Total Productive Maintenance

 Equipment Effectiveness merupakan ukuran dari nilai tambah terhadap


proses produksi melalui peralatan yang digunakan.

 Nilai tambah yang disumbangkan oleh equipment ini akan berkurang secara
signifikan oleh adanya WASTE dan 6 BIG LOSSES

 TPM memaksimalkan equipment effectiveness ini dengan 2 cara :

1. QUANTITATIVE
Meningkatkan jumlah jam kerja dari peralatan

2. QUALITATIVE
Mengurangi jumlah barang rusak, stabilisasi proses, perbaikan kualitas

Quality Rate merupakan ukuran kemampuan peralatan untuk


menghasilkan output berupa produk yang bagus dibandingkan
dengan input berupa bahan mentah atau setengah jadi.
