WHAT IS HOLOGRAPHIC
IMAGING?
Holograms are defined as a photographic technique that produces a
three-dimensional image which is formed by the intervention of
light beams made by a laser. They reflect the structure and looks of
real physical objects. Very recently, scientists found a way to allow
us to touch and feel holographic images.
WAYS HOLOGRAMS ARE
BEING USED
- Medical: Holography has the potential to revolutionise the medicine
industry by using it as a tool for visualising patient data while training
students and surgeons.
- Storing information: We generate more and more data every year, and
holograms have not only the ability to look like an object, but to store
massive amounts of data within it.
