or because they are

who don’t, don’t do
it because they have
a diet that avoids

Solutions
Exercise
It is good for you, even if you have a health problem that makes the
window more closed, or your own likes, there surely is an option that
fits you, it comes with benefits such as improve strength or resistance
depending on the activity, also a dopamine boost and in general, more
energy.
Sugar
We can all become a bit more aware of the amount of extra sugar we
eat daily so that we can avoid dental caries, cholesterol and diabetes,
there is always another tasty option for a food we like that has too
much sugar.
Junk food
Junk food is nice, but also unhealthy if you eat it all the time, like
getting an excess of calories for example, what you can do is
compensate it with other healthier foods or changing the regularity you
eat them, also being more selective based on if they can apport
something combined with physical activity, to get at least some benefit
with a good taste.
Diet
It’s recommendable you do track your diet, doing so, you can know
when you’re eating more or less than what you need or what you want,
and that can help you to know when to change diet in case you feel the
need.
Sussy substances
As we know, these are bad, no matter the type, it can generate an
addiction or dependency even not knowing about it, it’s not really hard
to feel temptation to try another after a first step, and not to mention
that just getting them would mean to use money you can spend in
something legally better, just don’t and distract yourself with something
else to alleviate the anxiety.
