Management is required to run all forms of management and is crucial for a well-organized life.
Managing one's life entails getting things done in order to achieve one's goals, while managing an
organisation entails getting things done with and through other people in order to achieve one's
goals. Management, according to Peter Drucker, is a multi-purpose organisation that oversees
business, managers, and employees. An individual or a group of individuals who accept
responsibility for running an organisation is referred to as management. All of the organization's
important activities are planned, organised, led, and controlled by them. The work is not done by
the management. They inspire others to do the work and coordinate all efforts to achieve the
organization's goals. Tealive, like every other firm, has its own management team.

In order to achieve the goals and objectives, every organisation has a board of directors, one of which is
the top director. Directors of renown Supervisors at or near the top of the hierarchical structure who are

entire organisation. At Loob Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Bryan Loo is the top management and Chief Executive
Officer (CEO), while Chee Leng Loo is the Head Working Official (COO). Bryan Loo, the company's top
manager, introduced "Tealive's" as a brand that elevates tea drinks. Tealive was originally known as
Chatime, a Taiwanese tea beverage manufacturer. As a result, Tealive has officially taken the place of
Bryan Loo. He has grown his food and beverage empire from a start-up to a full-fledged organisation
thanks to his passion for coaching rising business stars. Through honesty, teamwork, entrepreneurship,
and innovation, top manager CEO Bryan Loo has created a modern tea culture.
