Strength

• Experience in complex structure Projects such as metro stations, bridges and


nuclear reactors and power plants and working in several countries such as
France - UAE - UK - KSA- Qatar and Egypt .
• Key employees have French language in addition to English language which
enable us to work in France and Francophone countries.
• Experience in different design codes such as French, Euro., MOT and ACI.
• 4 engineers are certificated PMP.
• Low cost relative with similar companies in Gulf area and Europe.

Weakness

• We are not certified as a consultant office yet which hinder us from working
with governance authorities.
• Rely on outsourcing and freelancers for MEP and Architectural.
• Lack of BIM competences although it is required in the markets we are
working in.
• We are not competitive in the Egyptian market due to our high prices.
• We don’t have office in gulf region which sometimes hinder us from awarding
projects in Gulf countries.

Opportunities

• The great impact of the Grand Ethiopian El-Nahda Dam on Egypt's shortage of water
and A study of alternative water from construe HUGE Tanks, water treatment plants
and sea water desalination.
• The Egyptian government has sought national projects(Tunnels, dams, power.
stations, water treatment, reservoirs, and wells) and pumped huge funds into these
projects.

• Request all sectors for projects within the Egyptian market to the project
management department.
• Opening national projects in Oman.
• We entered the markets of countries whose mother tongue has French, such as
(Morocco - Tunisia - Senegal – Kattovoir ... etc.).
• Our involvement in projects with grants or French funding inside and outside Egypt.

• Electromechanical and architectural designs respond to them weak and adolescent


for the office.
• The trend of mega projects to the BIM system.
• Negative effects of COVID-19 and the Russian-Ukrainian war from over budgets,
procurement and shipping and office infrastructure
• We are unable to work with any government agency because we do not have the
